How We Work

Workbench with multimeter, insulated tools and an open appliance panel during diagnostics

We focus on clear booking windows, tidy diagnostics, and practical fixes for everyday appliances. Visits start with brief checks, then a straightforward explanation of findings and options before any paid work begins.

Teams carry common parts for washers, dryers, fridges, freezers and cookers. If a return visit is needed, we schedule it promptly and keep notes simple—no jargon, just what matters for safe use and steady performance.

Service FAQs

What areas do you cover?

Birmingham and nearby neighbourhoods. If you are just outside the ring road, we’ll confirm timing and travel before booking.

Do you carry common parts?

Yes—usual seals, pumps, thermostats and switches. Less common items are ordered and fitted on a follow-up visit if required.

How long does a visit take?

Most checks take around an hour. If a repair is practical on the day, we’ll outline the work and likely time before proceeding.

What should I prepare?

Clear access to the appliance and a brief note of symptoms or fault codes. Photos of labels or previous work can also help.

Can I get an evening slot?

Limited early-evening appointments are available on weekdays. We’ll offer the nearest options during booking.

Do you provide advice without a visit?

We can offer simple guidance by email for minor issues. For anything electrical or safety-related, an on-site check is recommended.
